As co-founder and CEO of Grithaus, Megan works hand in hand with clients, building teams that act as an extension of clients’ companies to help achieve their marketing and PR goals. With a specialty in managing the organized chaos of agency life, Megan is a pro at juggling the many different roles that come with running a boutique PR firm, always ensuring clients are happy. 

Megan deeply values the people behind the project and believes having a vibrant company culture is a core tenet of creating a successful business. She’s incredibly proud to have contributed to building an agency that cultivates respect, inclusivity and autonomy for everyone who walks through the doors of Grithaus. 

Outside of work, Megan flexes between quiet nights in and fun nights out on the town. She’s just as happy curled up reading a book as she is dancing the night away. In her latest adventure, she’s excited to explore her new city (Philly) with her charming husband, Chris. From cross country road tripping to exploring international destinations, Megan brings her adventurous spirit into every project she works on and to every person she meets.
